Jeremy Heath is Innovation Manager at Pennon Water Services National, with more than 30 years of experience in the water industry. He manages innovations across Pennon's clean water businesses, with a particular interest in smart metering, smart networks, artificial intelligence, and IoT communications.

Jeremy also leads the UKWIR national zero leakage project and drives the UK leakage research programme, supporting the advancement of water network management across the industry.
